HOW SOLAR POOL HEATING WORKS
There a various methods available to heat your pool but the most energy efficient and cost effective is solar pool heating.This process simply uses the energy of the sun to warm the pool water temperature by circulating the warm water back into your pool.
How does a Solar Pool Heating System work?
The solar collector is positioned in a sunny area, either on a roof, on the ground or on a specially built frame. Pool water is then pumped through the collector using your existing pump.
The water in the collector is heated by the sun and returned to the pool, turning your pool into a heat sink. It's that simple!
How much heat?
Under standard conditions you can expect a temperature increase of 6 to 15 degrees Celsius during the months November to April. This means last years 22 degrees could be this years 30 degrees!
