Single room: R1500 pm excl elect
Double room: R2300 pm month excl elect
Each room contains a bed and cupboard. The house is furnished with a lounge, kitchen and has a large outdoor braai area.
Electricity is pay as you go and is estimated at R120 per month.
Arrangements may be made to view the house by calling or emailing me. A caretaker lives on the premises so someone is there all the time.
I only accept students, preferably males.
