Description
ADULT BALLET CLASSES
Working on posture, body conditioning and flexibility through classical ballet training.
No age limit and no previous dancing experience required! If you are keen to come dance and learn classical ballet and reap its benefits, then this is for you!
DATES AND TIMES
Every Monday evening.
at 5:30pm to 6:30pm
(one hour)
VENUE
St. Thomas Church, Meeting Hall
Entrance from ESSENWOOD Road, Turn into ST.THOMAS AVENUE (before the St Thomas Road Robots. If you reach the robots, you have gone too far :P )
Parking and nice and safe
CLASS COST
Per Class = R50 pp
1 Lesson per week: = R180 (for 4 lessons in a month)
DRESS
Gym kit (just feel comfy) - like 3/4 pants, lycra tights, shorts,
tops, string tops etc
Bring socks (if you are interested in getting proper ballet kit,
I can let you know where to go from the lesson)
