A furnished room, for rental, in a house in Pinelands. It has a ¾ size bed and shares a bathroom and toilet with the adjoining room which is occupied by a young female tenant. I use a separate room, with my own bathroom and toilet etc., but we would share kitchen facilities, fridge & stove, the lounge & TV, dining room and pool etc. I’m centrally placed in Pinelands, 3 minutes walk from the Spar, restaurants and other shops. I’m about 10 minutes walk from Pinelands railway station but it would be more convenient to have your own transport. The rental would be R1800/month.
