Noordwijk Farm is 2 KM from the N3, just outside Hilton, close to Howick and on the Midleands Meander. The farm has up to 30 acres of flat land available for rent / lease.
The following may be suitable uses of the land @ Noordwijk, in terms of a long term lease or rental:
- 700 AVO TREES (up to 60 000 L of water available with a pump and pipes)
- Storage (build to your requirements)
- Midlands Meander opportunity (Arts and Crafts)
- Houses (the land size to fit your requirements)
- Transport business (close to the N3 & PMB)
- Horses / cows / goats etc. (excellent grass)
